Instructions for Value Packs: choose the Value Pack product, then click Options/Buy. Next, select the name of the Value Pack from the Package drop-down list, then click Add To Cart. If you would like to add an upgrade such as the Trigger Point Flip Chart or an extra DVD Program, click Options/Buy again - this time choose the upgrade from the Package drop-down, then click Add To Cart.
If your Value Pack comes with an option of Posture Chart or DVD Program, please specify your choice at checkout. Once you click Check Out, you will be taken to the PayPal site. Here, click ‘Add special instructions to seller’ and then type your choice in the box.
